Intellectual Property & Data Policy

1. Your Content, Your Ownership

Any files, documents, data, or other materials you upload to Microsites remain entirely your intellectual property. We do not claim any ownership rights over the content you provide. The microsites generated from your content are yours to use, publish, share, and distribute as you see fit.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your uploaded files are processed solely to generate microsites on your behalf. Specifically, we:

• Extract content from your documents to power AI generation
• Send extracted content to our AI providers to generate your microsite
• Store your files securely for the duration of your use
• Save processed content to enable editing and regeneration

We do not use your content to train AI models, sell to third parties, or for any purpose other than delivering the service you requested.

3. AI-Generated Output

Microsites are generated using AI. The generated layouts and designs are provided to you without restriction. You own the output and may use it commercially, modify it, or redistribute it. We make no claim to any intellectual property in the generated microsites.

Please note that AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of any generated microsite before publishing or sharing it.

4. Subscriptions & Access

Access to Microsites is provided through subscription plans. Your subscription grants you the right to use the platform and generate microsites according to your plan's limits. If your subscription ends:

• Published microsites are made private and no longer publicly accessible
• You retain access to view (but not edit) your existing microsites
• Generation of new microsites requires an active subscription
• Your data is retained for 90 days after subscription cancellation

5. Data Export & Portability

If you need to export your microsite data, please contact us at info@subterra.one. We believe in data portability and will never lock you into our platform.

6. Security & Infrastructure

We take the security of your data seriously:

• All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
• Files are stored in secure, encrypted cloud storage
• Industry-standard authentication protects your account
• Generated microsites run in isolated environments for security
• Personal information like IP addresses is anonymized before storage

7. Confidentiality

We treat all uploaded content as confidential. Our team does not access your files or microsite content unless required for technical support that you explicitly request. Automated systems process your data; human review only occurs with your consent or when required by law.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

You may delete your projects, uploads, and microsites at any time through the dashboard. When you delete content:

• All records are permanently removed
• Uploaded files are deleted from storage
• Published microsite URLs become inaccessible
• Deletion is irreversible

If you delete your account entirely, all associated data is purged within 30 days.
